三、產(chǎn)品概述

       I-1B系列濃漿泵是單螺桿式容積回轉泵，該泵利用偏心單螺旋的螺桿在雙螺旋襯套內的轉動(dòng)，使濃漿液沿螺旋槽又吸入口推移運至排出口，實(shí)現泵的輸送功能。

廣泛應用于（化工、制藥、釀造、造紙、食品等單位）

     1、可輸送濃度高粘度（<1000PaS)及含有顆粒的懸浮漿液。輸送液流穩定，無(wú)過(guò)流、脈動(dòng)及攪拌，剪切漿液現象。

    2、排除壓力與轉速無(wú)關(guān)，低流量也可保持排出壓力。流量與轉速成正比，通過(guò)變速機或調速電機科實(shí)現流量調節。

    3、自吸能力，不用裝底閥可直接抽液體，泵可逆轉，液體流向由泵的旋轉方向來(lái)改變，適用于管道需正反向沖洗的場(chǎng)合。

    4、運轉平穩、振動(dòng)、噪音小、結構簡(jiǎn)單、拆裝維修方便。本泵廣泛應用于化工、制藥、釀造、造紙及食品行業(yè)輸送濃度漿體等單位。

    I-1B螺桿泵分為（a)型、（B）型、（F）型

     I-1B（a)型：殼體鑄鐵，傳動(dòng)件為一般鋼材，適用于一般中性濃漿液輸送。

    I-1B（b)型：傳動(dòng)件（主軸、螺桿和繞軸）為不銹鋼制造，適用于一般微酸、堿漿液輸送。

   I-1B（F）型：傳動(dòng)件和接觸漿液的泵殼均由不銹鋼制造，適用于食品、制藥及腐蝕性漿液的輸送。

   橡膠襯套有一般耐磨橡膠，食品用橡膠和耐油橡膠供用戶(hù)選擇。傳動(dòng)方式有電機與泵軸傳動(dòng)供用戶(hù)選購。

   配用電機有一般封閉式、防爆式和電磁速式電機。
